Abhilash and Anuja, partners-in-crime (and in life), founded Thindi (formerly Maggiwala) in 2018, shortly after their move to the vibrant city of Toronto. Both share a common love for food and a decade of living and exploring New York City.
Anuja holds her day job as a Brand & Marketing specialist while indulging in 'foodsploration' in their home kitchen. This is where it all started - when she started creating variations of Maggi noodles and street side eats, inspired by her favourites from the streets of India and creative use of ingredients found locally. Abhilash, who is a technology consultant by trade, became the victim to try out these dishes. His constructive critiques were diligently noted and implemented!
